Join us for a presentation on Living Well Living Better. We’ll hear about factors that influence quality of life and how we can all work to improve our own quality of life and self care. This month we will be discussing “What is Cognitive Behavior Therapy?”. We will learn more about what CBT is and how it works to help us live well.

This presentation will be provided by Dr. Ray C. Dunklin Jr., DBH, BCBA, LBA, who is a Behavior Health Therapist with Acacia Medical Mission in Bulverde.
