Age Guidelines

Successful library programs are designed with age in mind. Please note this program’s age guidelines. Attendance at all library programs is subject to staff discretion. 

Photo Permission

Library workers often take pictures during library programs to use in promotional materials and online. If you do not want your photo used, contact programs@mfplibrary.org.

Come check out the Creative Studios! Learn about available equipment as well as our current and upcoming projects and classes. We’ll introduce you to our staff and discuss our policies, and you can sign up for a Library of Things card — your “passport” to participating in Creative Studios programming. 

The following ages are allowed in this program:

• Adults (18 and older)
• Youth (10 and older):  
  • Must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
  • The parent/adult must actively participate and work alongside the youth during the program.
  • Each parent/adult may supervise only one youth. 

Please note: Additional siblings or children who are not registered participants may not attend, even as observers. This policy ensures a safe and focused environment for all attendees and instructors.
