Join us for our Making Meaning series, a monthly literary craft inspired by books, paper, and story-making! This month, we will make a refrigerator poetry collage. You’ll choose from a selection of pre-printed words and phrases and arrange them, in any way you like, to create a poem or word collage. It doesn’t even have to rhyme! We’ll then create a collage background for your “poem” using colored paper, stamps, images and pictures — anything that has meaning for you.
We’ll provide the materials and some basic instruction, and the rest is yours.
What is refrigerator poetry?
