Join us this fall as we learn to cook healthy and tasty foods while exploring the foods of different cultures. We will learn how to cook recipes not often made in American cuisine and how these recipes are beneficial to our nutritional health. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste the recipes and sometimes even cook the recipes themselves in class!

Attendance to all sessions is encouraged but not required.
