Age Guidelines

This program provides education on healthy and balanced meals to support a meal plan for managing hypertension. This series of three interactive classes is full of research-based information and healthy recipes.

Time and topics for each class are:  

DASHing Your Way to Improved Health: Tuesday, August 8 from 10:00am-11:30am
A Virtual Grocery Store Tour: Tuesday, August 15 from 10:00am-11:30am
Cooking with Spices and Herbs: Tuesday, August 22 from 10:00am-11:30am

Participants are strongly encouraged to attend the complete series of three classes to receive the most benefits from the information and recipes presented each week.
