Library Mini Golf 2024

The Mammen Family Public Library invites Summer Library Program participants and community members to our end of summer celebration! Come to the library on Saturday, August 3rd or Sunday, August 4th to beat the heat of summer by playing mini golf in the library. We will have a full 18 hole mini golf course set up throughout the library.  

Library After Dark: Adult Mini Golf

Saturday, August 3, 2024, 6:00pm-9:00pm

Library After Dark is an adult only event filled with fun music, food and drink, and mini golf throughout the library. Participation in the adult Summer Library Program is required to attend. Details coming soon on how to reserve your spot.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Large events like this are made possible by community support and sponsorship. While programs are offered year-around, the summer is the library’s busiest season. The Summer Library Program (June 8-August 3, 2024) provides programming for all ages and at no cost. The Library Mini Golf events are the end of summer celebration, allowing community members to beat the heat of summer while playing mini golf throughout the library. In 2023, the Library Mini Golf events had a total attendance 300+ people!

Sponsorship proceeds from this year’s Library Mini Golf events will help fund two initiatives:

• The purchase of additional materials for the Children’s read-along collection. Read-alongs are books that talk! With a permanently attached speaker, children simply push a button to listen and read. Read-alongs are some of our most popular items, with nearly 1/3 of them regularly checked out at a time!
• Our library’s first literary festival, scheduled to take place in spring 2025. We will have a weekend of events celebrating books, authors, and all things literary.
