Need a place to store all of those books piling up on your nightstand? Join us for a woodworking class where we will be making a mini bookshelf. All supplies will be provided for each registered participant to complete one mini bookshelf to take home.
Important Class Notes:
We will be outdoors in the library’s parking lot so please dress accordingly. All participants will need to wear close-toed shoes during the class.
All participants must complete a MFPL Makerspace Liability Waiver prior to the start of the class. Any attendees under the age of 18 will need to have a MFPL Makerspace Liability Waiver filled out by a parent or guardian before they begin the class. Please bring the completed form with you to the class or arrive a few minutes early to fill it out before the class starts. Safety is our priority as we learn how to operate and use woodworking equipment.
Attendees must be a library card holder in order to participate in this class and to use makerspace equipment. Please include your library card number on the registration form below so that we can confirm your registration for this class.
This woodworking class is being offered on Saturday, March 11th at 10:30am and again at 11:30am. This is the registration page for the 10:30am class. In order to help us make this class available to as many patrons as possible, please register to attend only one of the class sessions.
