Registration for this event is required.
The library makes every effort to ensure a welcoming and accessible environment. We can provide accommodations for people with disabilities or food allergies at library events. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org at least seven days before the event to request accommodations.
Successful library programs are designed with age in mind. Please note this program’s age guidelines will be enforced for all active participants.
Library workers often take pictures during library programs to use in promotional materials and online. If you do not want your photo used, contact email@example.com.
In this five-week course we will be learning Scratch: Let’s learn a block-based programming language. We’ll learn how to make a video game.
**We have added Feb. 27th as a sixth week! We will meet in the Training Room on Feb. 27th.
As each meeting of this club builds on the prior lesson, please plan to attend all five weeks. Registering once registers you for all five weeks in the series.
Participants should have a Gmail email account and a library card for best success with the project. Girls may also want to bring a notebook. Please note if you will be bringing your own computer or borrowing a library laptop!
