Bring your lunch and learn something new! Join Jason Mangold from the Comal County office of Texas A&M AgriLife Extension as he provides a presentation on a topic of interest to new landowners in the area.

The topic for this August meeting is Backyard Chicken Basics! Interested in acquiring your own chickens? This workshop will teach you all about choosing your chickens, fencing, nutrition, flock health, predator management, and legal considerations associated with backyard chickens.

This presentation is part of the Comal Country New Landowner series provided by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Comal County.
