Bulverde-Spring Branch Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is more than an ambulance service; more than just a ride to the hospital. For more than three decades, we have been caring for the health and spiritual needs of the residents and visitors in the Bulverde Spring Branch area. Our commitment begins long before a call for help and lasts far beyond the safe delivery to an emergency room.
